Apartment 10 bugged?

I tried every spell on it possible, plus !buyhouse and a ton of other stuff and it won't purchase it for me. Am I doing something wrong? I was facing the door and everything and everytime i said a spell a message said Sorry, Not Possible.

theres a specific spell to buy house and leave house but dont remember how was it
but its not !Buyhouse,/Buyhouse,etc.
