Beholder eyes by all beholders

Currently only elder beholders drop beholders eyes. Shouldn't the normal ones and braindeaths drop these too?
I feel sorry for the knights who have to hunt this terrible bad creatures for 250 eyes. Especially since there are only a few elder beholders and it won't surprise me if they have to wait on the respawn every time.
