MAD SORCERS AND W/E(oh vigourous) DRUIDS

They should get double the soulpoints and I think deserve a faster mana regen because 10 mana per 2 secs is really close to a pally even with the mana regen bonus stuff. I'm starting to think myself as a mage because almost 70% of my damage is exori con. exori con=about260-300 something damage. and I could use it about three times while I hit once with an arrow of about 100 to maybe 690.

We'll see about making that change after 1.4.0 comes live.
