Burning Desire

The burning desire gives now just one skill. A bit too little if you ask me.
Would be fair to let it give 2 skills since lich brain and spellbook of lost souls also gives +2 magic levels.

Yeah, only one in game yet. Only other item there's only one in game of is the ring of wishes if Runesforsale doesn't has it.
