Consider hunting with bolts that can be made faster. When you are level 100 your mana regeneration is faster so you can make bolts faster as well.

They are still better than mages.
I used runes that took 120 hours to make during this double exp event. I hunted less than 30 hours (would be quite impressive to hunt 30 hours in a 24 hour time frame), so I have to make runes even longer.
Without a bot you shouldn't be a paladin or mage since you have to make all supplies manual which takes ages then.

yeah i play my knight mainly still, the pally is more of a stamina char or secondary char when i get bored of hunting on my knight, since everything is harder on my pally. And as for my knight i have to hunt stupid things to profit, anything tht needs guhs always make me lose profit horribly.
