Theres a level 75 quest under sonia (dragon lords). Also, many players sell theirs.

so basically a 2fingers up to the low lvl players who might have achieved decent gear ... nice

In as good as all cases you can get your gear back yourself and otherwise you can ask a higher level for help.

you mean all the people who use alt+f4 at trainers so arnt online or use a bot so arnt online .... yeah ok
