I was trying to buy a house (Tri-House 4) but i am not able to do it. Is it a bug or am i doing something wrong:s

Alana res - To buy a house
Alana som - To leave a house
Aleta som - To make someone subowner
Aleta sio - To invite someone to the house
Alana sio - Should tp yourself, or someone else if you put "[player name] behind it, outside the house.
