IUH > GUH?! Empty IUH > GUH?!

Knight can use IHs and UHs and GUHs, why can't they use IUHs? (intense ultimate healing rung)
Why is the IUH ml so high but knights can use a GUH?
20 ml IUH
not sure how much ml for GUH, but you see what I'm getting at?

Intense Healing and Greater Intense Healing both require magic level 1.
