New Mage Armor

I still can not wear my mage armor, GM Arn said it was lvl85, i have reached lvl85 and I can still not wear it???????

Looted elven mage armor from lich, doesn't dress on my druid

and the scroll of power only works in my druids hand, not in the arrow slot (like it should?)

I can wear the armor on my sorc, so it must be a level or vocation requirement bug.
