Mage item bugs

Bugs of several mage items:

Spellbook of lost souls:
When worn in the arrow slot it doesn't works. In the hand it does work. The strange thing is that the client see it as a sword weapon. When using it at training monks I advance in sword fighting.
Scroll of Power:
Same as Spellbook of lost souls; works only in the hand and is seen as sword weapon.
Ring of wishes:
In game it says it gives arm:1 and magic level+1. The website says it gives 2 mana every 5 seconds. Which one is correct or does it do both? (If it only gives 1 magic level and 1 arm it sucks and crystal ring is better than) :p
Volcanic Fury Robe
15:28 You see a Volcanic Fury Robe (Arm:11, magic level +9, protection energy +8%, earth +8%, fire +15%, ice +8%, holy +8%, death +8%).
It can only be wielded properly by sorcerers and druids of level 80 or higher.
